18 Years of Arbitrage Experience
Will became an associate in the tax department of Bryant Miller Olive in 2011. This followed four years as an arbitrage consultant with Ernst & Young and Integrity Public Finance Consulting and three years at the University of Florida School of Law. Will underwent extensive training at Ernst & Young to gain knowledge of debt and investment structures, calculation methodologies and the arbitrage regulations. He served as a project director and client manager full-time from 2004 – 2008 during which time he performed hundreds of computations, gravitating particularly towards complex matters requiring extensive analysis. In 2008 Will decided to pursue a degree in law with a specialty in Section 103 Tax. He attended the University of Florida full-time from 2008-2011 while additionally working part-time for both Integrity and Bryant Miller Olive. Will’s unique experience as both an arbitrage analyst and tax attorney give him a perspective on bond issuances which will provide great value to his clients.

Will is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and has served as a panelist and speaker on arbitrage and compliance at conferences of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Government Finance Officers Association and the Florida Government Finance Officers Association. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Finance from Transylvania University and a J.D. from the University of Florida School of Law.
