Dallas began his career with Integrity Public Finance in July of 2022, after graduating from the University of South Carolina with a focus in Finance. In his tenure with Integrity, he assisted with over 1,000 arbitrage rebate calculations requiring acumen in tax review, records analysis and financial modeling. Within the past year, he has taken on completing rebate analyses from start to finish. This includes communications with the client and high level analyses during the calculation.
