Caroline began her career with Integrity Public Finance in May of 2015, after graduating from Clemson University with a focus in Marketing and Finance. Over the past ten years, she has performed thousands of arbitrage rebate and yield restriction calculations, applying deep expertise in tax review, records analysis, and financial modeling. Today, she manages client relationships and guides issuers in monitoring and maintaining compliance with federal arbitrage requirements, contributing to Integrity’s mission of helping clients preserve the tax‑exempt status of their financings.
